MIAO MIAO
b. 1986, ChinaMiao Miao graduated from the Oil Painting Department at the Henan University in Kaifeng, China in 2009. She further followed on her Master studies at the Experimental Art Department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Miao Miao has been focusing on her painting practices and conducted research on art materials. At the same time, she has been teaching on the subject of painting materials in Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China and Central Academy of Fine Arts, etc. The most recent shows Miao Miao has participated in are: Spring Fever, Platform China, Beijing, China (2021); Tangle of Revolution and Political Soul, Shanghai Gallery of Art (SGA), Shanghai, China (2021).
