PATRICK HARTIGAN

Patrick Hartigan’s work was presented along with that of Ben Cauchi and Ricky Swallow in the Darren Knight Gallery stand at the 2010 Melbourne Art Fair.

Hartigan’s work has been included in group exhibitions including Avoiding Myth & Message: Australian artists and the literary world, and I Walk the Line: New Australian Drawing, both at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney (2009); Wonderlust Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth (2008 - 2009); Seamless – Object & Image National Art School Gallery, Sydney (2008); Life is sweet: contemporary Australian watercolours Gippsland Art Gallery, Sale, Victoria (2007); and Tomorrow, again Artspace, Sydney (2006).

His work is held in collections including the National Gallery of Australia, Canberra; the Art Gallery of Western Australia, Perth; the Chartwell Collection, Auckland City Art Gallery, New Zealand; and Wollongong University, New South Wales, Australia.
