Marigold Warner is a freelance journalist based in Tokyo. She covers art and culture for The Guardian, The Japan Times, World of Interiors, and WePresent, among other publications. Previously she was deputy editor of British Journal of Photography where she worked for five years. She is particularly interested in Japanese photography, and has interviewed renowned artists like Hiroshi Sugimoto, Rinko Kawauchi, Ishiuchi Miyako, and Mari Katayama.
