The Royal Academy Schools brought together another grouping of impressive young talent for their 2022 graduate exhibition.
The curation of Luke Samuel’s abstract paintings was particularly striking, offering an interplay between the works and their surrounding space.
Hannah Lister’s photograph Sleep is a candid shot of an everyday moment that stood out, also, along with Emmanuel Awuni’s wall sculpture. Drawing from musical genres such as hip hop and rap, as well as architecture, Awuni’s multi-disciplinary practice combines disparate elements into poetic assemblages.
