Born in 1983 in Yvelines(France), Yohan Han explores the link between sculpture and performance, and works in various media. His work of physically intervening in a collective structure or systemic environment is sometimes playful and even very profound. He witnesses the macroscopic changes that arise from the obsession of smart society, and finds the fundamental parts of the body in the form of raw things such as behavior, dancing and gestures. It mainly induces communication through the choreographic form and the participating devices, and focuses on the performance potential of the sculpture and functional space. He graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts de Paris - Cergy and Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He actually continues his research within the doctoral program at the Université Paris 1 (Arts plastique, esthétiques et Sciences de l'art). His work was exhibited in institutions or independent structures (Centre Pompidou, Korean Culture Center in Paris, Nuit Blanche, Espace Pierre Cardin, Seoul Art Space Mullae, Sungkok Art Museum)
