Dieter Detzner (*1970, Germany) lives and works in Berlin. He studied at the Hochschule der Künste Berlin, where he was a master student. His sculptural and installation-based work explores questions of spatial arrangement, materiality, and relation.
His work has been presented internationally in solo and group exhibitions, including at Galerie Tanit, Munich; Galerie Sassa Trülzsch, Berlin; and the Today Art Museum, Beijing. He participated in Art Basel (Statements) and has exhibited at institutions and galleries including ZKM | Center for Art and Media Karlsruhe, Kunstverein Bielefeld, Galerie Max Hetzler, Berlin, and Madder 139, London.
