Born Shepparton, Victoria 1980. Lives and works in Melbourne, Victoria.
Drew Pettifer is a Melbourne-based artist, academic and curator. He is currently completing a doctorate in Photomedia with Dr Daniel Palmer at Monash University and lectures in Art History and Theory at RMIT University. His art practice explores themes of intimacy, gender, sexuality and the politics of the gaze using photography, video, installation and performance. Drew is the Deputy Chair of Bus Projects and sits on the Advisory Panel for the Shepparton Art Museum.
