Roger Mortimer Biography

Painter Roger Mortimer’s decorative description of account forms and bank statements in the guise of medieval manuscripts or Chinese scrolls in his paintings, reconcile past and present, pointedly observing and lamenting the passing of civilisations. Mortimer graduated BFA from the School of Fine Arts, University of Auckland (1999), New Zealand and has work in the Collection of the Wallace Arts Trust, Auckland, New Zealand.
