Press Release

How do you make art that shows how you feel? Inspired by artist Khalif Kelly, we will name our emotions as we create tissue paper self-portraits.

Have fun as you look at art, make art, and express yourself! Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones under five years old are invited to the NYPL Harlem Library to enjoy art making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.

Lil’ Studio is designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls. Lil’ Studio is free.
