The exhibition Égrégore brings together artists from different generations and backgrounds, creating a dialogue around beliefs as they develop, evolve and take root in our collective consciousness. The works presented explore the foundations of our perception and question the origins of our certainties.

The concept of égrégore refers to a collective entity shaped by the projections, emotions, and intentions shared by a number of individuals. Used in the field of esotericism, this phenomenon extends to the realms of consumption and politics, where it acts as an invisible force uniting people around a common idea.

The exhibition questions the dynamics of égrégore, the mechanisms that shape the collective imagination and create an adherence to certain symbols, myths, or ideologies, unconsciously influencing behaviors and decisions. The works examine the ambiguity of the notion of truth through illusion, imitation, deception, and visual manipulation, revealing how the perception of reality can be distorted.
