No Light No Light is grounded in a fundamental inquiry into the conditions of seeing. Rather than approaching light as a representational motif, the exhibition understands it as the primary medium through which perception, spatial awareness and visual knowledge are constituted. Drawing on artistic and theoretical traditions that have long engaged with light as both phenomenon and concept, the exhibition traces its shifting status from physical presence to immaterial structure. Light unfolds as energetic impulse, atmospheric condition and abstract system. It does not simply reveal form but actively shapes the way form is apprehended, situating the viewer within fields of intensity, duration and spatial relation. This group exhibition features works by Hans Hartung, Raphael Hefti, Leiko Ikemura, Véronique Joumard, Heinz Mack, Tatsuo Miyajima, Otto Piene, Gerhard Richter, Bridget Riley, Thomas Ruff, and others.
