The gallery’s main site at 65 Peckham Road occupies its original 19th-century location, expanded over time to include additional galleries, education spaces, a garden, and a café. In 2018, SLG opened the Fire Station at 82 Peckham Road, a Grade II listed former fire station. The site also includes the Art Block, a dedicated space for children and families on the nearby Sceaux Gardens estate and a garden designed by artists.
