Arslan Sükan was born in Ankara, Turkey. He currently lives and works between Istanbul and New York. Sükan received his BFA in architecture from Bilkent University, Ankara; and a continuing education from School of Visual Arts, New York. He has worked as an architect in NY until 2008. He has exhibited his works in Galerist, Istanbul; Maison Des Metallos, Paris; Tobacco Warehouse, Brooklyn, New York; Kappatos Gallery, Athens; Elgiz Museum of Contemporary Art, Istanbul; Batagianni Gallery, Athens. He has won an award in ‘Best Fine Art Work’ category at NY Photography Festival in 2009.
