Press Release

Dreamscape: Tse Ka Ning Ceramics Exhibition showcases two series of artworks: Memory Cotton (2024) and _Dreamlike _(2026).

Memory Cotton (2024) presents various forms of kapok flowers in clay, as if it were the memory of the soil. Dreamlike (2026) explores the joys and sorrows, surprises and anxieties in and outside of dreams, where every bizarre and fantastical event is ultimately illusory.

About the Gallery

The Jockey Club Creative Arts Centre (JCCAC) is a multi-disciplinary artist village and arts centre housed in a converted nine-storey factory estate on Pak Tin Street in Shek Kip Mei, Kowloon. Opened in 2008 as a self-financed registered charity and subsidiary of Hong Kong Baptist University, it was Hong Kong’s first major adaptive reuse of a decommissioned factory into a creative hub and is supported by the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, which funded the conversion and naming rights.
