SPACE SO Artists
SPACE SO exhibits artworks by a range of emerging and established Korean contemporary artists.
The list of artists SPACE SO works with includes established artists with an international presence such as photographer and installation artist Han Sungpil, known for façades that offer an image of a building on a screen that conceals the original; Sooyeon Hong, known for painting abstract forms that appear to float across an ambiguous imaginary space; and the globe-trotting photographer of enigmatic subjects Hyung-Geun Park.
The gallery also showcases emerging artists like Im Suniy, who observes changes in city and landscape through photography, installation, and sculpture, and Song JinSu, who creates figurative sculpture with wire frames, using lines instead of surfaces to create three-dimensional forms.
SPACE SO Exhibitions and Art Fairs
SPACE SO showcases artists’ work through focused solo exhibitions and thematic group shows. The gallery also has presented its artists to a broader audience at KIAF ART SEOUL.
